Sports Physical Therapist

True Sports Physical Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland

During my time as an undergraduate student in 2019, I completed an internship with Athletic Republic, a franchise which provides sports performance training for competitive athletes. I continued to work as a part-time sports performance coach at Athletic Republic while I continued my education in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ, after earning my bachelor's degree in exercise science (the program is now called kinesiology) in 2019.

In 2020, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and was the assistant Strength Coach for NCAA Division III teams at the ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ, including the Field Hockey, Tennis, and Basketball teams.

I am extremely passionate about incorporating exercise science, fitness, and mindset into my physical therapy practice, and is the host of the Health & Fitness Podcast titled "The Goalset Mindset Podcast"

I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Scranton in June 2022. Currently, I work as a sports physical therapist at True Sports Physical Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland.
