The philosophy program at The ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ has educated a number of students who have gone on to successful careers in academia and elsewhere.  Here are a few examples:

Steven Barbone (ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ, BS, Human Services and Philosophy 1982; Marquette ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ, PhD, Philosophy 1997) is an associate professor of philosophy at San Diego State ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ.  

Alexander Bertland (ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ BA Communication, Philosophy and History 1989; Emory ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ MA Philosophy 1993, PhD Philosophy 1996) is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Niagara ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ and Department Chair.  

Deborah Campbell (ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ BA Accounting, Minor in Philosophy, Summa Cum Laude 1986; Binghamton ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ MA Philosophy 1990; Binghamton ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ PhD Philosophy 1994) is currently an Associate Professor and Chair of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Christopher Newport ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ. 

Christina M. Drogalis (ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ, B.A., 2008, Philosophy and Political Science; Loyola ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Chicago, M.A., 2011, Philosophy) is a doctoral candidate in Philosophy at Loyola ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Chicago.

Timothy J. McGrew (ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ BA Philosophy 1988; Vanderbilt ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ PhD Philosophy 1992) is a Professor of Philosophy at Western Michigan ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ.  For more, see .
