Campus Recruiting Program

What is On Campus Recruiting?
On Campus Recruiting (OCR) provides students with the opportunity to interact with potential employers face-to-face while on our campus! There are a number of opportunities to do so, including On Campus Interviews, career expos, and employer information sessions.

OCR Interviews

In order for students to participate in on campus interviews, students must register  and upload a resume. For questions regarding on campus interviews, contact Rose Jacklinski at rose.jacklinski@scranton.edu.

Career Expos

The Center for Career Development hosts career expos on campus every semester. These events are for all majors and all industries. We encourage students of all class years to attend the expos. For information about our job and internship fairs (preparation, employer lists, etc.), visit our Career Expo tab on the left navigation menu.

Employer Information Sessions

Employers often schedule times to visit campus to speak to classes, set up a table sit in The DeNaples Center, or hold evening information sessions. For upcoming dates of employer campus visits, click .

Preparing for OCR

Before you attend an OCR event, make sure you are well-prepared to promote your professional image. The Center for Career Development offers the following opportunities to prepare for success by scheduling an appointment with a career coach.

The resources below are also available to you to ensure your preparedness prior to an interview, a job fair, or an information session.
