Registration Information

Intersession and Spring 2024 Registration

  • KNOW THE FINANCIAL AID POLICIES
  • The U.S. Department of Education requires educational institutions measure students’ progress toward a declared educational objective.  Please review the Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements for receipt of Financial Aid in our Comprehensive Guide to Financial Aid Programs.  You are required to be aware of our Policies and Procedures.
  • FINAL REQUEST LETTERS FOR OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS: Students should review their Financial Aid Status on the Self-Service system and complete and/or submit any outstanding documents that are still required.  This includes completing the electronic and electronic .  Students who do not submit documents will receive cancellation of aid notices and still have an outstanding balance on their student account, will be put on HOLD for Registration by the Bursar’s Office.
  • Students who did not file a FAFSA for 2023-2024 to obtain a Federal Direct Loan, can still complete the FAFSA at .  Federal loans must be certified before the semester ends or student is no longer enrolled.
  • Loans & Financing Options:  Have an outstanding balance?  Review the financing options that are available.  Please plan accordingly so delays do not interfere with registration.
  • Graduating students who have borrowed under any of the Federal Student Loan Programs will be required to complete Exit Loan Counseling.  You can complete this requirement and learn valuable information about loan repayment and deferments at the website and click on Exit Counseling.

Summer and Fall 2024 Registration

  • KNOW THE FINANCIAL AID POLICIES
  • As of December 31, 2023, you can complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA at .  Anyone wishing to be considered for need-based grants, federal loans and work-study must complete all required financial aid applications each year.
  • Students who filed for federal aid in 2023-2024 will receive a renewal notification from the Department of Education. This notification will be sent to the email listed on the previous Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Remember, all need-based aid recipients must apply for financial aid every year and meet the Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress policy requirements outlined in our Comprehensive Guide to Financial Aid Programs. The deadline for filing for 2024-2025 aid is April 15, 2024. Applications received after the deadline will be considered for ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ aid on a funds-available basis.
  • Aid eligibility for returning students will be determined after Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress is reviewed following the spring 2024 semester and all required documents have been submitted to our office. Financial Aid award letter emails are sent to the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ email.  Notifications will begin June 2024.
