Weekly Wellness Classes Descriptions

New for Spring 25! Empowered Yoga Flow : This class is a gentle Vinyasa yoga class designed to harmonize mind, body, and breath. This class emphasizes fluid movements, mindful transitions, and deep relaxation, making it accessible for all levels. It cultivates inner strength, balance, and self-awareness while fostering a sense of empowerment and calm. Perfect for anyone seeking a rejuvenating yet gentle yoga experience.

Thursdays 5:00 pm-5:45 pm - Byron Royals Room

Instructor: Miranda Miaris



Lunchtime Yoga Flow: This class is suitable for beginner yoga practitioners. Basic yoga poses will be taught.  Breathing practices and relaxation techniques will be presented to achieve an inner sense of well-being. Instruction will include simple alignment techniques to cultivate comfortable posture and internal strength. A gentle 30-minute class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. Classes will include sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students

Mindfulness Meditation: This half hour class provides the fundamentals of Mindfulness Mediation which is shown to reduce anxiety, depression and to improve well-being. Through increased awareness of body sensations, thoughts and emotions and a reduction in stress sensations these practices are intended to enhance the participant’s ability to recognize and respond to the stressors of everyday life.
Through meditation and awareness exercises, we will explore this practical time-proven approach to living fully in the present moment.

class series. Designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, this series

In "Calm and Strong," you'll be guided through a harmonious flow of poses that cultivate inner
peace and build physical strength. Each session will leave you feeling balanced, connected to
yourself, and attuned to the collective energy of the class. Certified Yoga Instructor Miranda
Miaris will offer modifications and variations, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment
for all participants.
Whether you're seeking a gentle introduction to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, "Calm
and Strong" invites you to explore the full spectrum of your potential.
Embrace a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and emerge from each class feeling
