Housing Selection Information

Rising junior and senior students are not required to live on campus.  Rising juniors must obtain permission through the Off Campus Application Process to live off campus during 2025-2026 academic year.

ALL rising juniors and seniors are required to complete the Intent for Housing Application in the housing portal. On this form, students will indicate if they plan to go off campus, stay on campus, or commute. 

Participating student groups of 4 will be provided selection times randomly. They will choose housing on Thursday, March 27th at 3:00pm. 

An offline selection process is offered to students who wish to live in non-4-person apartments. These apartments  are limited and include spaces for 3, 5, and 6 people. The size of a group and the availability of space may dictate where a group is placed. 

Rising junior and senior students may be placed in the following buildings:

  • Montrone and Pilarz Apartments
  • Romero and Madison Apartments
  • Linden Apartments

Apartment facilities include bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. There are a limited number of apartments that include double (shared) bedrooms. Students should discuss this possibility amongst their groups ahead of time.

Housing Selection Timeline

Thursday, March 27th @ 3:00pm: Rising Junior and Senior Live Online 4-person Selection

 

Information sessions will be offered in February and March to students to learn more about the process and ask any questions. Dates and times are TBD but will be posted on this webpage and on RoyalSync once finalized. 

Housing selection timeline as follows:

  • Monday, January 27th: Students will receive a kickoff email with details and instructions. Applications will open in the housing portal for groups of 3, 5, or 6 and students looking for apartment mates. Offline selection for students with approved housing accommodations will begin on a rolling basis.
  • Friday, February 21st:  Forms Close
  • Tuesday, March 11th: Groups of 4 must be finalized and will lock
  • Tuesday, March 25th: Selection times are released to groups and inventory is made available through portal
  • Thursday, April 10th:  Live Online 4-person selection @ 3:00pm
